The cinnamon-coconut blossom sugar is a mixture
of the finest organic coconut blossom sugar and genuine Ceylon cinnamon.
The cinnamon gives our sugar a rich, sweet, and rounded aroma.
It gives warm drinks (tea, coffee, chocolate) an enchanting touch
and can also be used for sweet pastries, smoothies or muesli.
To extract the cinnamon, only young twigs are harvested and stored overnight in mats.
This starts a natural fermentation that gives the cinnamon its typical aroma.
The bark is then peeled off and dried in the sun.
During this process, the bark curls up and the typical cinnamon sticks are formed.
Unlike white sugar, coconut blossom sugar from Java has a wonderful caramel flavour.

Der Zimt-Kokosblütenzucker ist eine Mischung
von feinstem Bio-Kokosblütenzucker und echtem Ceylon-Zimt.
Der Zimt verleiht unserem Zucker ein reiches, süßes, und abgerundetes Aroma.
Er gibt warmen Getränken (Tee, Kaffee, Schokolade) eine bezaubernde Note
und kann auch gut für süßes Gebäck, Smoothies oder Müsli gebraucht werden.
Zur Gewinnung des Zimts werden ausschließlich junge Zweige geerntet und über Nacht in Matten aufbewahrt.
Dadurch setzt eine natürliche Fermentation ein, die dem Zimt sein typisches Aroma verleiht.
Anschließend wird die Rinde abgeschält und in der Sonne getrocknet.
Dabei rollt sich die Rinde ein, und es entstehen die typischen Zimtstangen.
Der Kokosblütenzucker aus Java hat – im Gegensatz zu weißem Zucker
– ein wunderbares Karamell-Aroma, welches unserem Zimt-Kokosblütenzucker
das besondere etwas gibt.
