The Golden Milk is a traditional Indian spice mixture,
which is stirred and heated in cow's or vegetable milk.
This tasty drink is based on the ancient Ayurvedic tradition.
The name comes from the deep orange-yellow color that turmeric,
the main ingredient in Golden Milk.
Together with our Indian Ayurveda expert we have developed
our special blend and carefully matched to the effect and taste
of the individual spices. Thus, in addition to turmeric, ginger and pepper,
our Golden Milk also contains cinnamon and cardamom.
Because although the Golden Milk is drunk mainly for its beneficial effects,
cinnamon and cardamom give it a floral-sweet aroma,
that makes it a tasty alternative to coffee, tea or hot chocolate.

Die Goldene Milch ist eine traditionelle indische Gewürzmischung,
die in Kuh- oder Pflanzenmilch gerührt und erhitzt wird.
Dieses wohlschmeckende Getränk beruht auf der uralten Ayurveda-Tradition.
Der Name rührt von der tiefen orange-gelben Färbung, die der Kurkuma,
Hauptzutat in der Goldenen Milch, dem Getränk verleiht. Zusammen mit unserem
indischen Ayurveda-Experten haben wir unsere spezielle Mischung entwickelt und
sorgsam auf die Wirkung und den Geschmack der einzelnen Gewürze abgestimmt.
So enthält unsere Goldene Milch neben Kurkuma, Ingwer und Pfeffer auch Zimt und Kardamom.
Denn obwohl die Goldene Milch hauptsächlich wegen ihrer wohltuender Wirkung getrunken wird,
verleihen ihm Zimt und Kardamom ein blumig-süßes Aroma, dass sie zu einer
schmackhaften Alternative zu Kaffee, Tee oder heißer Schokolade macht.
