Some people confuse me with barbecue because of my sweet appearance. But I have a
Mexican soul and behind my appearance hides a wild flavor. Smoked chipotle chili
runs through my veins very slowly, as they would in the land where I was born.

With organic chipotle chili, slowly smoked for three days with oak wood in the
only chipotle oven in Europe.
