With this blend, your home will become an oriental bazaar and a
firework of intense aromas will unfold on your palate.
This spice blend is used in almost every dish in Moroccan cuisine,
but preferably in meat dishes and couscous. Ras el hanout is also
ideal for pumpkin soups and stews.
Ras el Hanout literally means "the boss of the store" and refers to
the fact that the complicated mixture is always made personally by
the boss of the spice store. The composition of the spice varies
from region to region, but also from store to store.

Mit dieser Mischung wird dein Zuhause zum orientalischen Basar und im
Gaumen entfaltet sich ein Feuerwerk aus intensiven Aromen.
Diese Gewürzmischung kommt beinahe in jedem Gericht der marokkanischen
Küche vor, bevorzugt aber in Fleischgerichten und im Couscous. Ras el
Hanout passt aber auch ideal zu Kürbissuppen und Schmorgerichten.
Ras el Hanout heisst wörtlich übersetzt „der Chef des Ladens“ und meint,
dass die komplizierte Mischung immer persönlich vom Chef des Gewürzladens
hergestellt wird. Die Zusammensetzungen des Gewürzes unterscheiden sich
regional, aber auch von Laden zu Laden.
