Pet Nat Super Modeste - Domaine de Sulauze Provence, Frankreich

The mother of all Pet Nat and the proof,
that a Vermentino can also be fresh and crisp.
But not only that - the Super Modeste is also mineral,
a bit musty, funny and as drinkable as a pig.
There is not much more to say about it, it should simply be drunk.
With an aperitif with or without nibbles, with vegetables, croquetas and pickled fish.
