A development characterised by the friendship between the Zurich companies J.B.Labat and Gents Swiss Roots.
Flavoured with fresh bronze fennel and tarragon, among other things
as well as Szechuan pepper and liquorice.

Nose:
Aniseed, fennel, floral, honey, cedar clover

Palate:
Soft, complex, slightly peppery and a long, dry finish
