Cachaça M&P Cask Adventures N°3 (Bio)

The basis of the 3rd barrel adventure is the Cachaça Iguaçu.
It rested in a well-travelled barrel for 2 years and 4 months.
As a bourbon barrel, this came to the Caribbean
to the Reimonenq distillery in Guadeloupe. Excellent rums matured in it.
Filled with such a unique distillate, it was shipped to Zurich,
for a special bottling by J. B. Labat.
On the last and most humble journey, it went to Humbel in Aargau.

Nose: caramel, wood and tobacco notes.
Palate: sultanas, coffee, figs and chocolate, all nice and round with a long finish.

2 Jahre und 4 Monate ruhte er in einem weitgereisten Fass.
Als Bourbon- Fass kam dieses in die Karibik
zur Destillerie Reimonenq auf Guadeloupe. Exzellente Rums reiften in ihm.
Gefüllt mit einem solch einzigartigen Destillat verschiffte man es nach Zürich,
für eine Sonderabfüllung von J. B. Labat.
Auf die letzte und bescheidenste Reise ging es in den Aargau, zu Humbel.

Nase: Karamell-, Holz- und Tabaknoten
Gaumen: Rosinen, Kaffee, Feigen und Schokolade, alles schön rund mit langem Finale
