Marble cake

6-8 people / 320 g

Ingredients: Wheat flour*, light cane sugar*, chocolate* from Ecuador (60% cocoa) (cocoa mass, light cane sugar, cocoa butter, vanilla extract), baking powder* (wheat starch, sodium bicarbonate, potassium bitartrate), salt from the Ile de Ré.
(*Ingredients from organic farming. Sugar and chocolate from fair trade. EU/non-EU origin. Contains gluten. May contain traces of nuts, sesame and milk).

Instructions for use:
1- Preheat your oven to 180°C (th.6).

2- In a saucepan, melt the butter with the milk over low heat, then pour into a large bowl.  

3- Add the eggs and whisk together. Then add the contents of the bag and mix without overworking the dough. Take 1/3 of the dough and pour it into a separate bowl.

4- Melt the chocolate over a very low heat with 2 tablespoons of water and pour it into this bowl.

5- Pour into the cake tin, alternating the plain batter with the chocolate batter. Draw an S with a knife along the length of the cake to create the marbling.

6- Bake for about 40 minutes and check with a knife.

6-8 Personen / 320 g

Zutaten: Weizenmehl*, heller Rohrzucker*, Schokolade* aus Ecuador (60% Kakaoanteil) (Kakaomasse, heller Rohrzucker, Kakaobutter, Vanilleextrakt), Backpulver* (Weizenstärke, Natriumbicarbonat, Kaliumbitartrat), Salz von der Île de Ré.
(*Zutaten aus biologischer Landwirtschaft. Zucker und Schokolade aus fairem Handel. Herkunft EU/Nicht-EU. Enthält Gluten. Kann Spuren von Schalenfrüchten, Sesam und Milch enthalten).

Gebrauchsanweisung:
1- Heizen Sie Ihren Backofen auf 180°C vor.

2- Die Butter mit der Milch in einem Topf bei geringer Hitze schmelzen und in eine große Schüssel geben.  

3- Geben Sie die Eier hinzu und verquirlen Sie alles. Dann den Inhalt des Beutels dazugeben und verrühren, ohne den Teig zu sehr zu bearbeiten. Nehmen Sie 1/3 des Teigs ab und gießen Sie ihn in eine separate Schüssel.

4- Schmelzen Sie die Schokolade bei sehr geringer Hitze mit 2 Esslöffeln Wasser und gießen Sie sie in die Schüssel.

5- Gießen Sie abwechselnd den Schokoladen- und den Naturteig in die Kuchenform. Mit einem Messer ein S über die gesamte Länge des Kuchens ziehen, um die Marmorierung zu erzeugen.

6- Etwa 40 Minuten backen und mit einem Messer prüfen, ob der Kuchen gar ist.

Margot brings to Marlette its sweetness and its naturalness that we find in the ingredients of our recipes. Scarlette is passionate about good restaurants, and even about “all that is eaten” in general. A graduate of Vatel, she spent a year in Sydney where she discovered the world of Australian coffee shops and specialty coffee.

They create our recipes from the delicious flours of small producers in our region. To create the delicious Cookies, Chocolate Fondant or Gingerbread, they select the best ingredients, taste, assemble, re-taste, until you find the perfect recipe that will allow you to cook the best cakes as easily as possible!

In a Marlette preparation you will find all the dry ingredients that make up the recipe: wheat flour, spelled, whole sugars, good chocolate, oatmeal, all kinds of seeds and spices, salt from Île de Ré.

You just have to add the fresh products like butter, eggs or milk, follow the recipe on the back of the package simply! The choice of our recipes is based on a simple criterion: only healthy, organic and tasteful ingredients!
