Gluten-free chocolate fondant
6-8 people / 320g

Ingredients : Chocolate from Ecuador* (60% cocoa) 45% (cocoa paste, light cane sugar,
cocoa butter, vanilla extract), light cane sugar*, rice flour*, potato starch*,
tapioca starch*, salt from the Ile de Ré.
(*Organic ingredients guaranteed gluten-free. Sugar and chocolate from fair trade. EU/non-EU origin)

Preparation: 4 min
Cooking time: 10-12 min

Instructions for use:
1- Preheat your oven to 180°C (th.6)
2- Melt the butter in a large saucepan until it is perfectly liquid.
On a low heat, pour the contents of the sachet over the hot butter and mix well so that the chocolate melts completely.
3- Remove from the heat, add the whole eggs and mix vigorously with a wooden spoon until smooth.
4- Butter a round cake tin of about 21cm in diameter and pour the mixture into it.
5- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes depending on your oven.

Kakaobutter, Vanilleextrakt), heller Rohrzucker*, Reismehl*, Kartoffelstärke*, Tapiokastärke*, Salz von der Ile de Ré.

Zubereitung: 4 Minuten
Zubereitungszeit: 10-12 Minuten

Anweisungen zur Verwendung:
1- Heizen Sie den Backofen auf 180°C (th.6) vor.
2- Die Butter in einem großen Topf schmelzen, bis sie vollkommen flüssig ist. Auf kleiner Flamme den Inhalt des Beutels
über die heiße Butter gießen und gut verrühren, damit die Schokolade vollständig schmilzt.
3- Vom Herd nehmen, die ganzen Eier hinzufügen und mit einem Holzlöffel kräftig verrühren, bis die Masse glatt ist.
4- Eine runde Kuchenform mit einem Durchmesser von etwa 21 cm ausbuttern und die Masse einfüllen.
5- Je nach Ofen 10 bis 12 Minuten backen.

Margot brings to Marlette its sweetness and its naturalness that we find in the ingredients of our recipes. Scarlette is passionate about good restaurants, and even about “all that is eaten” in general. A graduate of Vatel, she spent a year in Sydney where she discovered the world of Australian coffee shops and specialty coffee.

They create our recipes from the delicious flours of small producers in our region. To create the delicious Cookies, Chocolate Fondant or Gingerbread, they select the best ingredients, taste, assemble, re-taste, until you find the perfect recipe that will allow you to cook the best cakes as easily as possible!

In a Marlette preparation you will find all the dry ingredients that make up the recipe: wheat flour, spelled, whole sugars, good chocolate, oatmeal, all kinds of seeds and spices, salt from Île de Ré.

You just have to add the fresh products like butter, eggs or milk, follow the recipe on the back of the package simply! The choice of our recipes is based on a simple criterion: only healthy, organic and tasteful ingredients!
