The organic apples of the naturally cloudy LOLA spritzer were harvested by hand and come from old high-stem trees on orchard meadows on Lake Constance. The high-quality organic juice comes from a wide variety of old apple varieties. According to grandfather's stories, the oldest apple tree is said to be over 100 years old. Die Bio-Äpfel der naturtrüben LOLA Schorle wurden von Hand geerntet und stammen von alten Hochstammbäumen auf Streuobstwiesen am Bodensee. Der hochwertige Bio-Saft stammt von unterschiedlichsten alten Apfelsorten. Gemäss Grossvaters Erzählungen soll der älteste Apfelbaum über 100 Jahre alt sein. Nach dem Pressen wird der feine Bio-Most schonend pasteurisiert. Dazu kommt ein Schuss Bio-Ingwer-Extrakt, der dieser Schorle seine leichte und angenehme Schärfe verleiht.
