Crumble, Tart & Shortbread

6-8 people / 300 g

Ingredients : Flours (wheat T80*, spelt), light cane sugar*, whole cane sugar*, salt from the Ile de Ré.
(*Ingredients from organic farming. Sugar from fair trade. EU/non-EU origin. Contains gluten.
May contain traces of nuts and sesame).


Tart / Shortbread base :
1- Pour the contents of the bag into a bowl. Make a well and add the egg yolk, cold butter cut into pieces and water. Mix and form a homogeneous ball.
2- Cover the ball with a damp cloth and leave to rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
3- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Roll out the pastry with a rolling pin and then either place it in a tart tin (Ø 30 cm) and garnish as you wish, or form small shortbread biscuits using a cookie cutter or a glass.
4- Bake your tart for 20min / your shortbread for 15min.

Crumble :
1- Preheat the oven to 180 °C (th.6). Pour the mixture into a bowl, add the diced butter and sand the dough between your hands.
2- Crumble the dough over the topping of your choice and bake for 30min!

6-8 Personen / 300 g

Zutaten: Mehl (Weizen T80*, Dinkel), heller Rohrzucker*, Vollrohrzucker*, Salz von der Île de Ré.
(*Zutaten aus biologischer Landwirtschaft. Zucker aus fairem Handel. Herkunft EU/Nicht-EU. Enthält Gluten.
Kann Spuren von Schalenfrüchten und Sesam enthalten).


Fond de Tarte / Sablés :
1- Geben Sie den Inhalt des Beutels in eine Schüssel. Machen Sie eine Vertiefung und geben Sie das Eigelb, die in Stücke geschnittene kalte Butter und das Wasser hinzu. Vermischen und zu einer homogenen Kugel formen.
2- Bedecken Sie die Kugel mit einem feuchten Tuch und lassen Sie sie 30 Minuten an einem kühlen Ort ruhen.
3- Heizen Sie den Backofen auf 180°C vor. Rollen Sie den Teig mit einem Nudelholz aus und legen Sie ihn in eine Tarteform (Ø 30 cm) und belegen Sie ihn nach Belieben, oder formen Sie mithilfe eines Ausstechers oder eines Glases kleine Mürbeteigstücke.
4- Backen Sie Ihre Tarte 20min / Ihre Sablés 15min.


Streusel :
1- Heizen Sie den Ofen auf 180 °C (Th.6) vor. Geben Sie die Mischung in eine Schüssel, fügen Sie die gewürfelte Butter hinzu und streuen Sie den Teig zwischen Ihren Händen.
2- Zerbröseln Sie den Teig über den Belag Ihrer Wahl und backen Sie ihn 30min!

It is she who unearths the best ingredients and constantly controls their qualities with always this desire to respect the values that are dear to her heart, “the taste, the nutritional values, the origin and their mode of cultivation. ”
Margot brings to Marlette its sweetness and its naturalness that we find in the ingredients of our recipes. Scarlette is passionate about good restaurants, and even about “all that is eaten” in general. A graduate of Vatel, she spent a year in Sydney where she discovered the world of Australian coffee shops and specialty coffee.

They create our recipes from the delicious flours of small producers in our region. To create the delicious Cookies, Chocolate Fondant or Gingerbread, they select the best ingredients, taste, assemble, re-taste, until you find the perfect recipe that will allow you to cook the best cakes as easily as possible!

In a Marlette preparation you will find all the dry ingredients that make up the recipe: wheat flour, spelled, whole sugars, good chocolate, oatmeal, all kinds of seeds and spices, salt from Île de Ré.

You just have to add the fresh products like butter, eggs or milk, follow the recipe on the back of the package simply! The choice of our recipes is based on a simple criterion: only healthy, organic and tasteful ingredients!
