Bongkirsch – Smoky Kirsch by GENTS

A hot-smoked kirsch from high-stem cherries,
an exciting alternative to smoky agave distillates.
The idea and the technique for the smoking
came from the well-known sensory expert Patrick Zbinden.
He implemented his smoky idea together with the
with Gents Tonic inventor Hans Georg Hildebrandt. Humbel congratulates.

Nose: Smoke aroma paired with a fruity cherry scent.
Full and direct. Slightly reminiscent of mezcal, aged tobacco and a hint of vanilla.

Palate: Cherry and smoke come to the fore in equal measure.
Finish as well as mouthfeel are refined, smooth and long.

Ein heiss geräucherter Kirsch von Hochstammkirschen,
eine spannende Alternative zu rauchigen Agaven-Destillaten.

Nase: Raucharoma, gepaart mit fruchtigem Kirschduft.
Voll und direkt. Erinnert leicht an Mezcal, gelagerten Tabak und einen Hauch Vanille.

Gaumen: Kirsch und Rauch kommen gleichermassen zur Geltung.
Abgang wie auch Mundgefühl sind raffiniert, geschmeidig und lang.
