Voila - Orange Wine Jeux de Vins!, Elsass Frankreich

"Voilà" there it is, the "vin orange"
that you can easily enjoy as an aperitif.
It contains almost everything Alsace has to offer:
Gewürztraminer, Muscat, Silvaner and Auxerrois.
These grapes produce a wine that is wonderfully fragrant and fresh on the palate,
light and somehow sweet and tart on the palate.
A summer salad with gusgus, sultanas and all kinds of fruit and vegetables
and all kinds of fruit and vegetables would be a perfect match.
And if you want the grilled chicken thigh marinated with honey
marinated in honey to go with it.

Drinking instructions:
A little air wouldn't hurt, but it's fine as it is.

„Voilà“ da ist er, der „vin orange“
den man locker einfach so als Aperitif genießen kann.
Er beinhaltet fast alles was das Elsass zu bieten hat:
Gewürztraminer, Muscat, Silvaner und Auxerrois.
Aus diesen Trauben entsteht ein Wein der wundervoll duftet und im Gaumen frisch,
leicht und irgendwie süsslich-herb daherkommt.
Da würde doch ein Sommersalätchen mit Gusgus, Rosinen
und allerlei Gemüse und Früchte hervorragend passen.
Wer dann den mit Honig marinierten Hünerschenkel vom Grill
dazu haben will, dem sei es gegönnt.

Trinkanleitung:
Etwas Luft würde wohl nicht schaden, aber es geht auch so.
