Ajvar is prepared in autumn.
It uses the abundant harvest of red peppers, which are charred over the fire,
peeled and combined with cold-pressed organic sunflower oil, apple cider vinegar and salt.
It is usually served with grilled meat, but can also be enjoyed on its own or as a spread.
The Kumbaric family runs a certified organic farm on 80 hectares
at the Seleuš site in Vojvodina, Serbia, on one of the best soils in the world,
irrigated exclusively from their own wells.

Ajvar wird im Herbst zubereitet.
Dabei wird die reiche Ernte der roten Paprika genutzt, die über dem Feuer verkohlt, geschält
und mit kaltgepresstem biologischem Sonnenblumenöl, Apfelessig und Salz kombiniert wird.
Es wird normalerweise zu gegrilltem Fleisch serviert,
kann aber auch allein oder als Brotaufstrich genossen werden.
Die Familie Kumbaric betreibt am Standort Seleuš
in der Vojvodina in Serbien auf 80 Hektar eine zertifizierte Bio-Landwirtschaft

Laboratorio works with small manufacturers who produce not only industrial organic products, for example with the cooperative "Al di la dei Sogni" in the province of Caserta in southern Italy. This cooperative runs organic agriculture on a country estate. The cooperative thus provides jobs for people with severe social disadvantages in this region.
