Mary Miso: Die Beilage zur Hauptspeise

ihr drittes Kochbuch «Mary Miso».

Die Idee zum Buch war schnell gefunden:
Je länger Mary Frener als Köchin arbeitet, desto weniger interessiert sie Fleisch.
Was ein Essen erst zu dem macht, was es eigentlich ist, ist das, was es dazu gibt.
Immer wieder neu, immer wieder anders.
«Mary Miso» ist daher ein Kochbuch ganz ohne Fleisch,
in dem die vermeintlichen «Beilagen» zu Hauptdarstellern werden.
Es soll niemand zum Vegetarier bekehrt werden.
Mary Frener ist es selber nicht. Vielmehr will sie zeigen,
wie vielfältig und abwechslungsreich und trotzdem einfach jeder und jede fleischlos kochen kann.

Mary Frener presents her third cookbook "Mary Frener".

The idea for the book was quickly found:
The longer Mary Frener works as a cook, the less interested she becomes in meat.
What makes a meal what it actually is is what it comes with.
Always new, always different.
"Mary Miso" is therefore a cookbook without any meat at all, in which the supposed "side dishes" become the main characters.
It is not intended to convert anyone to vegetarianism.
Mary Frener herself is not. Rather, she wants to show
how varied and easy it is for everyone to cook meatless can cook without meat.
