This natural Chasselas is vinified without sulfites, fining and filtration.
Cherry plum and pear aromas accompanied by a fine palate that will take you by surprise!
Being unfiltered, the wine will be slightly cloudy.
A Chasselas from the Grand Cru Champanel vineyard without any additives,
i.e. no chemicals in the vineyard and no yeast in the cellar,
fining, enzymes, protein for clarification, etc.
And of course without added sulphur.
