L'Initié Chasselas Nature Les Filles Vinifient AOC La Côte Cruchon

This natural Chasselas is vinified without sulfites, fining and filtration.
Cherry plum and pear aromas accompanied by a fine palate that will take you by surprise!
Being unfiltered, the wine will be slightly cloudy.

A Chasselas from the Grand Cru Champanel vineyard without any additives,
i.e. no chemicals in the vineyard and no yeast in the cellar,
fining, enzymes, protein for clarification, etc.
And of course without added sulphur.
Nothing but grapes.

Dieser natürliche Chasselas wird ohne Sulfite, Schönung und Filtration vinifiziert.
Aromen von Kirschpflaumen und Birnen, begleitet von einem feinen Gaumen, der Sie überraschen wird!
Da der Wein nicht gefiltert wird, ist er leicht trüb.

Ein Chasselas aus der Grand Cru Lage Champanel ohne jegliche Zusatzstoffe,
d.h. im Rebberg ohne Chemikalien-Einsatz und im Keller ohne Reinzuchthefe,
Schönung, Enzyme, Eiweiss zur Klärung, etc.
Und selbstredend ohne zugesetzten Schwefel.
Nichts ausser Trauben.
