Laboratorio works with small manufacturers who produce not only industrial organic products, for example with the cooperative "Al di la dei Sogni" in the province of Caserta in southern Italy. This cooperative runs organic agriculture on a country estate. The cooperative thus provides jobs for people with severe social disadvantages in this region.
We love their products they are fantastic! Our favourite is the pickled squash.

Ich habe alle getestet :-) Laboratorio arbeitet mit kleinen Manufakturen, die nicht nur industrielle Bio Produkte herstellen, zum Beispiel mit der Kooperative „Al di la dei Sogni“ in der Provinz Caserta in Süd Italien. Diese betreibt auf einem Landgut Bio Landwirtschaft. Die Kooperative ermöglicht so Arbeitsplätze für Menschen mit schweren sozialen Nachteilen in dieser Region.
