The Three Trees line is a creation by Tom Lubbe,
made from three wines typical of the region, from old vineyards
from the Fenouillèdes region in the Pyrénées Orientales.
Lubbe converted the vineyards of Domaine Majas to biodynamics four years ago.
Three Trees stands for three trees, three old gnarled vines o
or three people who enjoy the wholesomeness of the wine.
Fermented spontaneously in concrete, the wines captivate with crystal-clear,
aromas, an astonishing freshness for wines from the deep south of
from the deep south of France and a minerality and saltiness in the finish:
eating, drinking, dancing is how Thomas Lubbe describes
the field of application of these wonderful wines.

Im Glas intensive Aromen nach Granatapfel, Waldhimbeere, Hagebutte,
Tomate, roter Paprika, Rosmarin, Thymian und frisch gemahlenem weißem Pfeffer.
Zudem gesellen sich Noten von wilder Minze und Salbei dazu.
Am Gaumen ist der Rose von Majas fraftvoll und frisch.

Die Linie Three Trees ist eine Kreation von Tom Lubbe,
die aus drei gebietstypischen Weinen aus alten Rebanlagen
von der Region der Fenouillèdes in den Pyrénées Orientales besteht.
Lubbe hat die Weingärten der Domaine Majas vor vier Jahren in die Biodynamie umgestellt.
Three Trees steht denn auch für drei Bäume, drei alte knorrige Rebstöcke o
der drei Menschen die sich an der Bekömmlichkeit der Wein erfreuen.
In Beton spontan vergoren, bestechen die Weine mit glasklaren,
reintönigen Aromen, einer erstaunlichen Frische für Weine
aus dem tiefen Süden Frankreichs und einer Mineralität und Salzigkeit im Finale:

den Einsatzbereich der wunderbaren Weine.
