mit röstgemüse, wilden chrüttli und gewürzli und einem gutsch essig setzt
er den sud an für die kleinen knackigen champignons.

wie pommes ohne ketchup sind die champignons wenns ums raclette geht.
sie gehören einfach dazu.
sie machen sich aber auch sehr gut als garnitur bei einem guten bitz fleisch
oder ein upgrade für deinen salat.
