Curtido Uivo 2022 Orange Wine

From +35 year old vines planted on 2 hectares of slate and granite soils. Spontaneous fermentation takes place in cement tanks (5000 l) with yeasts from the surrounding area and lasts about three weeks at controlled temperature. The wine is aged in cement tanks for six months and is neither fined nor filtered. Fresh and crisp!

Von +35 Jahre alten Rebstöcken, die auf 2 Hektar Schiefer- und Granitböden gepflanzt sind. Die spontane Gärung findet in Zementtanks (5000 l) mit Hefen aus der Umgebung statt und dauert etwa drei Wochen bei kontrollierter Temperatur. Der Wein wird sechs Monate lang in Zementtanks gelagert und weder geschönt noch gefiltert. Frisch und knackig!
