A finely balanced cider from the heart of Switzerland – composed of three core fruit
varieties: apple, pear, and quince. The hand-picked fruits come from old standard trees
in the canton of Fribourg and are fermented with care and without additives.

Trois Pépins impresses with floral aromas, a gentle effervescence, and a delicate acidity
– an elegant, natural cider that is just as delightful as an aperitif as it is with cheese,
poultry, or vegetarian dishes.

Production: spontaneously fermented, unfiltered, no added sulfur
