Canetta Rouge - Red wine from Els Vinyerons in Catalonia

In the Haut-Penedès region, Amós Bañeres is an example of the boom in natural wines in Catalonia,
both with his Vinya Oculta estate and with the Els Vinyerons project run alongside Alex Ruiz.

For this edition of CANETTA, Amos has vinified Ull de llebre (Tempranillo), a grape variety that's all about freshness!
The wine has a powerful aroma, typical of southern wines, of ripe fruit, spices and lightly toasted notes, while remaining extremely light.
Amós knows how to keep its freshness without giving up its Mediterranean character.

The grapes are harvested by hand and the juice macerates for 10 days after destemming.
Practical and light, the can is a quality container and offers ideal packaging for storing our natural and alternative wines.
Canetta is provided with a special wine interior coating, and this is a first time in Europe!

Für diese Ausgabe von CANETTA hat Amos Ull de llebre (Tempranillo) vinifiziert, eine Rebsorte, bei der es vor allem um Frische geht!
Der Wein hat ein kräftiges, für südliche Weine typisches Aroma von reifen Früchten, Gewürzen
und leicht gerösteten Noten und bleibt dabei extrem leicht.
Amós versteht es, seine Frische zu bewahren, ohne dabei seinen mediterranen Charakter aufzugeben.

Die Trauben werden von Hand geerntet und der Saft mazeriert nach dem Abbeeren für 10 Tage.
Die praktische und leichte Dose ist ein Qualitätsbehälter und bietet eine ideale Verpackung
für die Lagerung unserer natürlichen und alternativen Weine.
Canetta ist mit einer speziellen Wein-Innenbeschichtung versehen, und das ist das erste Mal in Europa!
