Most citrus fruits are grown in the tropics and the Mediterranean. Niels Rodin had to find the varieties that would adapt to the Swiss climate. The plants are certified organic. They strive to restore ecosystems between fauna and flora with maximum biodiversity and using the principles of permaculture. Their various outdoor orchards offer them the opportunity to explore different ancestral and modern cultural techniques, but always with respect for nature. Nils Rodin produces a range of small-batch gourmet specialities. (DE) Für Niels Rodin bedeutete die Midlife-Crisis eine große Veränderung.
