Lemon Story
(EN) Specialized in citrus fruits for more than 10 years, the Lemon Story citrus grove is first and foremost a family plantation on a human scale with a peasant expertise and an early market garden culture for several generations.
The citrus fruits, cultivated in sustainable agriculture, follow the rhythm of the seasons: more than 400 trees produce more than 3 tons each year: yuzu, combawa, caviar lemon, meyer lemon, bergamot, citron etc.
These citrus fruits were only offered to the chef until now. With this cultural heritage and a true passion for food, the granddaughter decided to create Lemon Story in order to promote the family plantation and to offer unique products made from their exceptional citrus fruits.
Trained by Paul Occhipinti, Meilleur Ouvrier de France Chocolatier-confiseur, they have developed recipes in order to sublimate our citrus fruits through exceptional jams and marmalades. Lemon Story jams and marmalades offer a true discovery of the rare citrus fruits of the plantation.
(DE) Der seit mehr als 10 Jahren auf Zitrusfrüchte spezialisierte Zitrusgarten Lemon Story ist in erster Linie eine Familienplantage in menschlichem Maßstab mit bäuerlichem Know-how und einer frühen Gemüsekultur seit mehreren Generationen.
Die Zitrusfrüchte, die in nachhaltiger Landwirtschaft angebaut werden, folgen dem Rhythmus der Jahreszeiten: mehr als 400 Bäume produzieren mehr als 3 Tonnen pro Jahr: Yuzu, Combawa, Kaviar-Zitrone, Meyer-Zitrone, Bergamotte, Zitrone usw.
Diese Zitrusfrüchte wurden bisher nur den Küchenchefs angeboten. Mit diesem kulturellen Erbe und einer echten Leidenschaft für Lebensmittel beschloss die Enkelin, Lemon Story zu gründen, um die Familienplantage zu fördern und einzigartige Produkte aus ihrem außergewöhnlichen Zitrusfrüchten anzubieten.
Ausgebildet von Paul Occhipinti, Meilleur Ouvrier de France Chocolatier-confiseur, haben sie Rezepte entwickelt, um unsere Zitrusfrüchte durch außergewöhnliche Konfitüren und Marmeladen zu veredeln.
