Eco Brotbox

A few years ago, the media began to report more and more about the dangers of plastic for health and the environment. Plastic often contains harmful substances such as BPA, which can enter our bodies via the packaged food. This made our founder Mustafa, father of two, rethink his approach.

He therefore set out in search of plastic-free alternatives to the classic bread boxes and bottles. He found what he was looking for in India, as stainless steel food containers have been used there and in many other parts of the world for generations. In Germany, however, there was hardly any supply (yet) - and so Mustafa launched ECO Brotbox in 2014.

Today, ECO Brotbox stands for healthy food, well packaged - good for the environment & health. The team now consists of twelve people and they all enthusiastically stand behind their products and their philosophy. They work every day with a lot of fun and motivation to offer customers high-quality products and personal service.

For less plastic on our planet.

 

Vor einigen Jahren begannen die Medien verstärkt über die Gefahren von Plastik für Gesundheit und Umwelt zu berichten. Plastik enthält oftmals Schadstoffe wie BPA, die über die verpackten Lebensmittel in unseren Körper gelangen können. Das brachte unseren Gründer Mustafa, Vater von zwei Kindern, zum Umdenken.

Er machte sich deshalb auf die Suche nach plastikfreien Alternativen zu den klassischen Brotboxen und Flaschen. Fündig wurde er in Indien, denn dort und in vielen anderen Teilen der Welt, kommen Lebensmittelbehälter aus Edelstahl seit Generationen zum Einsatz. In Deutschland allerdings war bis dahin kaum (noch) ein Angebot vorhanden – und so startete Mustafa 2014 mit ECO Brotbox.

ECO Brotbox steht heute für gesundes Essen, gut verpackt – gut für Umwelt & Gesundheit. Inzwischen besteht das Team aus zwölf Personen und sie alle stehen begeistert hinter ihren Produkten und ihrer Philosophie. Sie arbeiten jeden Tag mit viel Spaß und Motivation daran, den Kunden hochwertige Produkte und persönlichen Service bieten zu können.

Für weniger Plastik auf unserer Erde.
