How can I clean my Falcon Enamelware?
Lemon juice can remove stains from Falcon enamelware products, such as tea stains on mugs.
Soaking the products in warm soapy water will help remove baked on food, but avoid using abrasive sponges or brushes as this may scratch the surface. Coating your pans in a light layer of oil before cooking can help with cleaning after use.
If my enamelware chips can I still use it?
Yes. Just like any other ceramic, the outer porcelain layer can chip if dropped, revealing the steel beneath it. When this happens the steel below naturally oxidises and the enamelware remains safe to use. Plus, in our opinion, it gains a little more character.

Wie kann ich mein Falcon-Emaillegeschirr reinigen?
Zitronensaft kann Flecken von Falcon-Emailleprodukten entfernen, z. B. Teeflecken auf Bechern.
Das Einweichen der Produkte in warmem Seifenwasser hilft dabei, angebrannte Speisen zu entfernen, aber vermeide die Verwendung von Scheuerschwämmen oder -bürsten, da dies die Oberfläche zerkratzen kann. Wenn du deine Pfannen vor dem Kochen mit einer leichten Ölschicht bestreichst, kann das die Reinigung nach dem Gebrauch erleichtern.
Kann ich mein Emaillegeschirr noch benutzen, wenn es kaputt geht?
Ja. Wie bei jeder anderen Keramik auch, kann die äußere Porzellanschicht abplatzen, wenn sie herunterfällt, und den darunter liegenden Stahl zum Vorschein bringen. Wenn das passiert, oxidiert der darunter liegende Stahl auf natürliche Weise und das Emaillegeschirr ist weiterhin sicher zu verwenden. Außerdem gewinnt es unserer Meinung nach ein wenig an Charakter.
Falcon Enamel
Das weisse Geschirr mit dem blauen Rand von Falcon ist ein echter Klassiker und nicht nur für stilvolles Campen und Picknicken geeignet. Die schönen Back- und Schüssel-Sets von Falcon machen sich in jeder Küche nützlich. Emaille ist ein äusserst robustes Material, das sowohl auf dem Gas- wie auf dem Elektroherd (bis 270° C) eingesetzt werden kann und zudem spülmaschinenfest ist. Und lässt man das Geschirr mal fallen, ist das kein Problem. Es kann höchstens die Beschichtung absplittern, das gute Stück bleibt aber ganz - und erhält so die schöne Patina, welche typisch ist für Emaille-Geschirr.
