FAB Berner Köhlerei
Farb, the Berne Region Employment Integration Unit, offers a wide range of opportunities for social and professional integration for unemployed welfare recipients. Farb is one of the largest providers of BIAS services in the Canton of Berne. More than 50 municipalities with 15 regional social services are affiliated to the institution.
They carry out simple woodwork. They process the cut wood into firewood or produce charcoal from it in their own charcoal burners in accordance with old traditions.
