(EN) In 1903 Julianna Mühlbauer started a small hat workshop and shop in the Viennese suburb of Floridsdorf. A good 100 years later the family business is now in its 4th generation with Klaus Mühlbauer. Together with the designers Nora Berger and Madeleine Bujatti he designs the hat collections, supported by a distinguished team of hat makers and milliners in the Viennese manufactory. The finest handcraftsmanship and the use of the best materials sought after worldwide make the quality visible and tangible. What did not remain a secret for long. Today, more than 60% of the hats leave the Wiener Werkstätte to head for international destinations.
