This product is handmade by the Wayuu community situated in the Guajira peninsula on the northeastern coast of Colombia.

A range of wayuu bags can be found depending on the number of yarns used. The most expensive ones are those weaved with one thread, and more complex designs that in turn offer a finer texture.
